My transformation
Like many of you, I juggle various roles in life – as a mother, wife, sister, daughter, friend, neighbor, and more – all while managing a successful coaching business, working full-time and overseeing a bustling household. There have been moments when I questioned whether I exist to work or work to exist, feeling drained from accomplishing tasks on my never-ending to-do list, only to wake up and repeat the cycle. The issue wasn’t just the constant busyness; it was how I felt – exhausted, guilty for not excelling in every role, and losing my sense of individuality, despite being grateful for the blessings in my life, especially my three great kids and an amazing husband.
Then, I discovered coaching and underwent a transformative experience that changed how I perceive myself, offering clarity and revealing countless opportunities. Now, I am laser-focused on my goals, intentional, and inspired to provide this same clarity to others as a Certified Professional Coach.
As a Coach
As a Coach, I am deeply passionate about the coaching process that brings focus, clarity, and the momentum needed to overcome barriers with confidence. Employing a creative, supportive, direct, and thought-provoking approach, I help clients identify, clarify, and concentrate on their personal and professional development within a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space.
My experience
With over two decades of experience in Human Resources across various industries such as nuclear, manufacturing, construction, distribution, and healthcare, I understand the numerous and profound challenges of the corporate environment. Motivated by my own journey, I collaborate with clients to enhance their self-awareness and consciousness, championing their successes and efforts along the way.
I earned my Coaching Certification from the esteemed Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching and hold the Professional Certified Coach Accreditation through the International Coaching Federation. I actively share my passion and coaching knowledge as a Lead Trainer for the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching. Additionally, I hold a bachelor’s degree from Capital University and a master’s degree from The Ohio State University.

Married with three children, I reside in Lexington, South Carolina. Outside of my professional pursuits, I find joy in spending time with my family, traveling, meeting new people, experiencing new cuisines, and playing tennis.
